Q: What is Labiance?
A: Labiance is a skincare brand developed in Thailand with a focus on science, safety, and transparency. Our products emphasize hydration, soothing comfort, and a more even-looking, radiant complexion with consistent use.

Q: Where are the products developed?
A: Formulations are created by formulation scientists and pharmacists, with professional consultation where appropriate; manufactured at Pruksa Laboratory (certified ASEAN-GMP, Thai FDA approved). Products are registered in Vietnam before distribution.

Q: Do Labiance products contain fragrance or parabens?
A: No. We aim for high-tolerance formulas, fragrance-free and paraben-free, to minimize discomfort on skin.

Q: Are products tested on animals?
A: No. Labiance is cruelty-free.

Q: Can I use them after laser/peel?
A: Some products (e.g., Advanced Reconditioning Booster) are oriented toward intensive soothing and hydration. However, please consult your dermatologist for choices suited to your specific condition.

Note: We use cosmetic-appropriate wording (e.g., helps/supports/reduces the appearance of/visibly improves) and avoid therapeutic claims.

• Coverage: Nationwide within Vietnam (no international orders yet).
• Lead time: Urban HN/DN/HCMC express or 1–2 business days; other provinces 3–5 business days.
• Tracking: A tracking code will be provided for online status checks.

• Within 07 days for manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or wrong items.
• Not applicable for “not suitable” cases due to the nature of cosmetics. Contact Customer Support for guidance or alternatives.

• 30–60 day cycles, 10% off each subscription order, priority access to limited runs.
• You may pause/cancel anytime via your account or Customer Support.

• COD, bank transfer, e-wallets (Momo, ZaloPay), cards (Visa/MasterCard).
• Online payments via secure SSL gateways.

• Check expiry, product eligibility, minimum order value.
• One code per order; may combine with promotions (if available).
